Cancellation Policy

Bookings & Deposits

  • We take a 50% deposit in order to secure your booking. 

  • The balance of your charter fees is due prior to departure.

  • If you cancel your booking 60 days or more from the date of your trip, your deposit will be refunded.

  • If you cancel your booking fewer than 60 days from the date of your trip, your deposit will not be refunded.

Refund Policy

What CAN be Refunded:

​

  • We understand that weather can be unpredictable. That's why we offer a 100% refund for cancellations due to weather conditions. Your safety is our priority, and if we determine that it's unsafe to go out, we will either cancel or reschedule your booking. 

  • Additionally, in the rare event that we need to cancel a trip due to boat maintenance, we will ensure you are either rescheduled or refunded 100%.

What CANNOT be Refunded:

​

  • Please note that no refunds will be issued for any unused portions of your once the trip has begun, regardless of circumstances. Additionally, if you do not inform us at least 48 hours in advance of any cancellation, your card on file will be charged for the remaining balance. We appreciate your understanding.​
